Raven Rush’s development and launch plan is structured into Three distinct phases, each carefully designed to build momentum, grow the community, and deliver a competitive, Web3-native racing experience.
Phase 1: Awareness & Early Community Activation
Goal: Build hype and reward early believers Tools Used: Galxe Campaigns, Whitelist Form

Start Waitlist for beta and token access (30k)

Host closed tournaments with real token rewards
Gather feedback, detect bugs, and balance game mechanics
Smart contract audits and security fixes implemented during this phase

🌍 Phase 3: Public Launch
Goal: Full feature launch for global players Who: Everyone (Web2 + Web3 gamers)
Mobile version on iOS and Android
Open Raven Rush to the public across all supported chains
Weekly tournaments, global leaderboards, and reward pools live
Seamless integration of a marketplace for trading in-game assets, combined with cross-chain wallet login and a user-friendly onboarding experience
Esports partnership announcements
Creator tools, UGC skin systems, and initial DAO framework begin rollout
🎯 Outcomes:
Raven Rush becomes a live, earning-ready, competitive PvP racing game
Community-led evolution begins — enabling the trading of in-game assets and empowering players to shape the game's future
Full Web2 → Web3 bridge activated

Expand to new chains (e.g. Base, Avalanche)
Native creator marketplace and revenue share model
Streaming/creator reward integrations
Player-run councils and DAO voting system
Global esports circuits with open qualifiers Note: There will be a Token Generation Event (TGE) before Phase 3. Our goal is to launch our own native token, which will serve as the in-game currency when we go public.
